Day 11: I feel myself slipping...

Calories: 1624
Exercise: Dreaded Steps of Doom...once.
Meds: Check. BS Checks, check.
Mood: Scared.

I totally could have worked out tonight, but didn't. I'm starting to slip back, and I just can't do that. I HAVE TO GET ON THE TREADMILL TONIGHT.

Who's going to come to my house and make sure I do it?

No one?

You mean I'm on my own in this whole thing? I have to do it myself?

You WILL get there. But how about allowing a few more calories for each day? You'll have a bit more energy. And drink yourself lots of water!

I'm not sure how far away from you I am...but I can virtually ride your ass like Zorro until you hit the goal.

All you have to do is finish.

Just holding yourself accountable for 79 days in a row is quite an accomplishment. You just have to finish.
