New 5k PR: 55:38. I'm getting closer and closer...45:00 here I come!

haha oh man. We're planning on doing it Sunday (we're doing one more week 3 workout on Thursday). You seriously jogged for 5 minutes straight though? twice? you're my hero!!

Amazingly enough, I sure did! And to make matters worse, my timing sucked and every time I would start a 5 minute run, Biggest Loser would go to commercials! That did nothing towards keeping my mind occupied! I want to know how it goes on Sunday, lady!
